Todo list 2011

Since there are many games I would like to play, but keep forgetting about, I’ll keep this todo list around so I can keep track of the games I want to play.

Also, I would very much like some input on what games you think I’d enjoy completing. I own a PS3, Xbox360, Wii and a PC, so feel free to come with suggestions. I might not own the game, but I’d appreciate the input none the less.

Anyways, here’s the list so far:

  • Rogue Galaxy
  • Braid
  • Okami
  • Metal Gear Solid 4
  • Demon’s Souls
  • Dragon Quest VIII

The list will be updated when I think of new games. Also, the completion of the games isn’t set in stone. I complete them as I see fit!.

New years resolution

Oh my oh my. Is it a new year already? Well, for the first time in my life, I’ll try this thing called ’new years resolution.’ Why now and why blog about it? You might ask. And the answer is clear: I have a problem, and I need something to hold me to the fire, else I won’t complete what I start.

What is this problem then? It’s very simple actually. I have a bad habit of starting playing some games, and then never complete them. I am getting sick and tired of my lack of discipline in completing those games, because I love gaming and games, and when I don’t complete them, I feel that I let the games down, and don’t pay the creators of those games enough respect. Don’t get me wrong here, I’m not talking about crappy games, but awesome games like Metal Gear Solid 4, Demon’s souls and so on.

The games I choose will be games from my own collection, and to keep things fresh I won’t be playing two games of the same type in a row, for example two JRPG’s after each other.

I have already picked out the first game to complete, and I have to admit, that I’m REALLY excited about playing it. The game is ’Rogue Galaxy’, by Level 5.

I have to admit now, that I’m a sucker for the older JRPG’s and Level 5 is a studio I hold in high regard, even though I’ve never completed any of their games.

Anyways, all there’s left to say, is happy new years and happy gaming!
